Sup boys! We are back for our 3rd and final edition of Friday favorites, where we feature some of the dudes in the 2020 NFL Draft that are going to be drafted on Friday (rounds 2&3), aren’t as popular or don’t get a ton of attention in the national media! Im glad I got to start a few before the 2020 draft, so that during the 2021 offseason, I can pound out some more profiles on some 2-3rd round guys.

Friday Favorites is going to take one NFL prospect from the 2020 NFL Draft and compare them to a current NFL player. Some with stats and others with video breakdown. Here we go.

For the final Friday Favorite’s I’m going to introduce to you guys an absolute STUD from Clemson, Tee Higgins.

Tee Higgins is a 6’4″ wide receiver out of Clemson. This guy is a freak! He tied school records at Clemson, tying DeAndre Hopkins and Sammy Watkins for most reception TDs in a career (27.) Higgins is an absolute playmaker but he has the misfortune of coming out in 2020, where the WR class is deeper than Bill Gates’ pockets, and the “big school” effect. Higgins played on a team with Trevor Lawrence, the NCAAs top QB, and helped the Clemson Tigers win a National Championship in 2018.

Let’s check out his numbers at Clemson.

Higgins’ Career at Clemson

Higgins spent his whole career with talent around him. He had 5 star WR around him his whole career. To make matters worse, Higgins is coming out in a draft class that is STACKED at WR. Higgins should be available in the second round of the 2020 NFL Draft, and if he is a team is going to get an absolute steal in the draft because I compare Tee Higgins to AJ Green.

Tee Higgins

  • Height: 6’4″
  • Weight: 216 lbs
  • 40: 4.54

AJ Green

  • Height: 6’4″
  • Weight: 210 lbs
  • 40: 4.5

These guys are identical in their own physical frame and I’d call them fraternal twins based off the way they play on the field. Mind you AJ Green was a top 5 pick back in 2011, someones going to cash in BIG on Higgins in 2020.

If the numbers don’t do it for you, check out this highlight video of Higgins and Green looking like the identical twins.

Enjoy and keep an eye out for your team to draft Tee Higgins in the second or third round of the 2020 NFL Draft!
